1. Acceptable Sites

A. Private Home Page sites that do not include information regarding or links to: Adult only contents, hate, discrimination, declarations related to the change or destruction of civil, constitutional or other innate human rights, cruelty to animals or destruction of the environment.

If the piece is published on your site rather than linked back to mine, the page where the piece appears cannot contain any written or impression link to a commercial advertisement of goods or services. IE: NO ADS WHATSOEVER on the page where the piece appears in its entirety. Exceptions are home pages which appear on hosts that automatically place banners at the top of their pages, such as Yahoo.

Sites on Tripod, Xoom or other hosts that state within their site hosting agreements the ownership of all contents published within their domain, are not acceptable. It is up to the web-site owner to be aware of the host policies prior to publication. Publications found on sites that do not meet these standards may be charged no less than $10.00 per day and no more than $1,000 per day for the appearance of the piece on an unacceptable host or without following the remainder of the guidelines contained herein.

B. Commercial sites are acceptable providing the piece does not share the same address as any impression or other reference to service or product advertising. An impression back to the home page host is permissible.

2. Title

Depending on which piece you are interested in publishing, the title shall appear as follows both on the page of first appearance by title where it is linked to the actual piece if published on your site and on the page where the piece is located if different than the page of first appearance by title. No other title or abbreviation of title is allowed. Copyright and author information must accompany the title in every mention of it by name.

3. Wording

A. "To Achieve Your Dreams Remember Your ABCs" and "Secrets Of Success" may be published on a page within your site. If you choose this option, all words must appear exactly as published and copyrighted in their original forms without change. Exact wording should be taken from the pieces as they appear in section 6 including title, body of piece, copyright and by line and no other source should be used. Copyrights and by lines shall appear exactly as shown below each piece. Web site address and e-mail address included in the byline shall be added as links to the locations described.

B. You may also choose to link to a piece as it appears on my site with the first appearance title and author information as appears above rather than publish it as a page on your site. "Peace, Love And Happiness and "Everyday Magic" may ONLY be referred to in this way from your site and publication of words on your site is not permitted. If you are unsure of your hosts copyright ownership policies, have ads on your page or are otherwise unable to comply with the terms herein, this is a great option. You will still be included in the Dream Partners links and receive other benefits of a Dream Partner.

4. Appearance

Providing the words, copyrights, bylines and page of appearance is as noted above, when publishing "To Achieve Your Dreams Remember Your ABCs" or "Secrets Of Success" on your site, the web author may use any style of wording, text, color, background or background music they should so desire.

5. Author's Rights and Rights Of Assignment

A. The author reserves all rights that have not otherwise been assigned. Assignment holders also have rights as provided for in legal contracts between the author and the assignment holder. Future assignments may prohibit the appearance of the piece as published on your site. If this occurs, you will be contacted and given an adequate amount of time to remove the piece. Links by title and author will not be affected by any future assignment of rights.

B. The rights assigned to you herein are limited to those as stated within this page of information and exclude all others. You do not have the right to copy, e-mail and forward nor publish by any other method the piece or any other materials by Wanda Hope Carter without express written permission.

C. When you have set up your links or published your page to include all the information as shown herein, you must contact Wanda Hope Carter and relay the following information.

1. The name of Your Site and URL of your home page.

2. The URL of the page on which the piece first appears by title and author.

3. The URL of the page where the piece is published if applicable.

D. Upon receipt of this information and inspection and approval of your site, Wanda Hope Carter will send you an authorization code to present along with a hard copy of the information submitted to her attorney as a matter of record. It may also be sent to assignment holders who have an interest in Internet appearances. (Please note, at this time, I do not employ the help of others in attending to my site affairs outside of legal representation, therefore there may be some delay in my response due to travels, tours or other itineraries which require my time as well. I appreciate your patience and will do my best to respond as quickly as possible)

6. Exact Words As They Must Be Duplicated On Your Site Including Title, Author, Byline, Wording, Links and Punctuation. (To make this as clear as possible, the following words from title to the last sentence in the byline after the piece MUST be exactly as shown. The best way to achieve this is to copy it directly form this site and paste it on your page. You may change colors, fonts etc. at your own discretion.)

7. Exclusion of rights

The right to bid for or pay for ads on search engines using the title of the piece, the author's name, the InspirationMotivation.com name or logo or lines from the piece is expressly prohibited. Publishers found in breech of this agreement will be subject to legal action.

8. Options

Many Dream Partners like to publish a statement that they are a member and link back to the dream partner site. This may be done on the page where a piece appears by title or in whole as well as anywhere throughout your approved site. To copy a gif, place the curser over the image you prefer, right click and select "Save Picture As" and name the image when you save it to the file of your choice. On older Macs & PCs, click on the image, go to file or edit and click save as.

Thank you for your consideration and I hope you will decide to publish the piece on your site under these conditions. It may seem like a bit of trouble but I hope you will also consider how much time and expense it takes me to track down unauthorized uses, e-mail the publishers, track the changes and report to my attorney as well as add authorized publishers to my dream partner's listing - all for the sake of sharing. :)

If you have removed your unauthorized publication of one of my pieces, please e-mail me stating so and include the title of the piece removed and the address where it was previously located. This will be checked against existing records. Upon confirming its absence, your name and site address will be removed from my and my attorneys' lists.
