Return Policies


Generally, you may return items sold by InspirationMotivation within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned unused, unmarked and undamaged in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Certain other requirements may also apply according to the notices below. 

Typically you should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your return for refund package to the return shipper but in many cases you will receive it quicker. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. You will be notified via e-mail once we have processed the item. Allow one or two billing cycles for your refund to show up on your account statement.

Return Guidelines by Department

APPAREL, SHOES & ACCESSORIES Merchandise must be returned unworn, with tickets attached, inside original packaging if any, and accompanied by the original invoice.      
BOOKS, MOVIES & VIDEO GAME Books: Must be returned unused and unmarked.

CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, audiotapes, videotapes and video games: Must be returned unopened. If the item is defective, it can be returned within 30 days with a receipt and the original packaging. Defective items may be exchanged for the same title.

Video Games Hardware: Must be returned unopened within 15 days of receipt.
Electronics with Factory Warranties These items may be returned if unused in original packaging. Items that are defective should be returned to the factory for exchange or refund according to their warranty.
General Merchandise
All items must be returned unused, unmarked, in the original packaging.


Instructions To Return an Item 

  1. Fill out and submit the return request form at the bottom of this page to receive an authorization code, return address and any further instructions.
  2. Box the item securely.
  3. Include the packing slip, all original packaging and all accessories.
  4. Tape the box closed.
  5. Select your return shipper and include insurance on the item. Items returned in packaging without insurance that become damaged in the shipping process is the responsibility of you the sender and will result in your failure to receive a refund. Select a tracking method for your shipment if it is not automatically part of the service. A delivery confirmation receipt is an inexpensive method to track if you send your item via the post office. If you do not utilize a tracking method and the item becomes lost in shipping this will result in failure to receive a refund.
  6. Ship to the address given on the return mail that includes your authorization code.

When the original item is received by, we will process your return request. If you are not requesting a replacement item, you will be credited for the applicable price and tax less any adjustments already processed. If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping and gift-wrapping charges.
