All orders are processed within three working days and shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Posters are packed in a heavy duty protective cardboard tube. Posters, bookmarks and handouts are packaged in the best manor for protecting the specific quantities ordered. All items are fully insured with a delivery tracking code.
You will be notified by e-mail when your order goes out.
Because we check every item carefully before it goes out and use the sturdiest packaging available, we rarely experience returns due to damaged goods. However, it unfortunately does sometimes happen. Return, refund and reship policies are as follows:
If your order has been shipped via the US Post office: If you are not personally available to refuse receipt of the parcel or damage is not immediately evident, you may either take the item(s), the enclosed invoice and the original package to the nearest branch and fill out the simple required form as found at http://www.usps.com/insuranceclaims/welcome.htm where you can download it and fill it out prior to visiting the post office. They will refund you the insured amount in cash and if you like you may reorder. You should do this immediately but the time limit is no later than 60 days. OR You may send the item back to the return address in the original package it arrived in with a delivery confirmation service within 14 days and upon receipt of the item, a replacement will be sent out along with a refund check for the amount of postage that you paid to ship it back. If you need a replacement quicker, you may reorder ASAP and note it is a replacement in the comment field. When we receive your damaged item, we will remove the charges for that order and mail a check to cover your return postage.
Once you have decided how you would like to handle the damaged goods, *Please contact CCNow immediately but no later than 14 days after arrival at http://www.ccnow.com/cgi-local/inquiry.cgi and indicate what you choose to do to resolve the issue.
If your order has been shipped via UPS If you are not personally available to refuse receipt of the parcel or damage is not immediately evident, you may either call UPS for a damage pick up immediately at Customer Service 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) - for Domestic Services. Or fill out the form online at https://www.ups.com/myups/login?returnto=https%3a//wwwapps.ups.com/webClaims/create%3floc%3den_US%26report_type%3d2&reasonCode=-1&appid=CLAIMS to request a damaged goods pick up or put in the insurance claim. If you would like to claim the insurance refund rather than return it for a replacement let them know. UPS does not charge you to return a damaged package. If you choose to return it for a replacement instead, once received at our office, we will send the replacement immediately. OR If you need a replacement quicker, you may reorder ASAP and note it is a replacement in the comment field. When we receive your damaged item, we will remove the charges for that order.

We always regret the inconvenience to our customers and even though it is the shippers fault for mishandling the parcel, we will try and make it up to you with a discount coupon for future orders. For the great convenience of ordering online and the rare occurrence of this problem, we have tried to establish policies that are fair to both parties and that will meet with our customer satisfaction.
Prices for orders shipped outside of the US are calculated and charged according to the currency exchange rates on the date your order is processed.

If you prefer to shop by check or money order, this option is currently available. For each item that you want to purchase, simply e-mail the name of the item, the stock number as it appears below the item as shown online, and the quantity that you desire. You will receive a custom invoice-order form that lists the items and shipping charges that you will be able to print and return along with your personal check or money order to the name and address that will be provided on the e-mail.

When this option is available and you place a poster order online, you will be given the choice of receiving it without an autograph, with a standard autograph IE: My signature only or with a specific recipient's name, IE: To Phillip. A comment field is provided for entering the name. If you are ordering a number of copies to be autographed to various recipients, enter a list of the names in the comment field. Non-specified orders or quantities within an order will not be autographed. Additional personal messages such as "Best wishes in your new job" etc. may not fit without covering the poster text and therefore anything that you request besides a name might be omitted by the author. It is best to add your message after you receive the poster if you feel it fits and is desirable.
Autographed items are not returnable or refundable with the exception of due to damage in shipping that results in a damage claim.
Autographed posters ARE currently available.
