1. How often will I receive an issue?
..... The e-zine is a free subscription and it depends on how much time I have to work on it. In the past it has been as little as once per year and as much as quarterly. It will never be more than once per month. I don't believe in overwhelming subscribers with a lot of mail.
2. Why didn't I get the latest issue?
..... Many "spam" reducing programs offered by online mail servers as well as those that might be a part of your own mail serving software program may automatically delete or send to the delete box, mail that is sent to multiple addresses such as this e-zine subscription will be. To insure that you will receive your issue, you can either put wanda@lava.net in your address book, create a rule to always accept mail from wanda@lava.net or create a rule to always send mail from wanda@lava.net to your in box, depending on the programs you use.
3. Can I copy or print items from the e-zine?
..... Please ask for permission to copy or print items from the e-zine as many times there are copyright issues. * I have no objections to friends, family or coworkers passing the E-zine around via e-mail, but appreciate being made aware of other parties passing around all or parts of an issue for three reasons: There are often copyrights involved, there are many ideas, products & promotions that I would not want to be associated with and do not wish to be a part of any mail item that is considered to be spam.
4. How do I submit items for consideration to be included in the e-zine?
.... You can submit original articles or poems 1000 words or less and it will be considered as a contest entry. Commercial items or advertising lines are very limited in the e-zine and a small fee is charged for inclusion. E-mail for more information about rates.
5. How many people is the E-zine sent to?
..... The number changes from issue to issue but regularly ranges between 2,000 & 3,000. It is never sent to a mass mailing list such as can be bought. It is only sent to those who have subscribed, bought items from the poster shop, have written to me and personal friends &/or business acquaintances.
6. How can I unsubscribe?
..... Reply a subscription issue with subject: Remove or send an e-mail with subject: Remove. Your request will be honored immediately.
7. I received an issue sent from a source other than Wanda Hope Carter, how do I unsubscribe?
..... The nature of e-mail easily lends itself to copying and forwarding. If an issue is received from another source, neither I nor my site can be responsible. You will need to contact that person or company at the address it was received from and make your request. * I have no objections to friends, family or coworkers passing the e-zine around via e-mail, but appreciate being made aware of other parties passing around all or parts of an issue so it would be greatly appreciated if you let me know if a party other than someone you know sends you a copy of my e-zine.
